The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is an emergency program to help families with overdue water bills or who are at risk of losing water service at their home.

The Emergency Food Assistance Program provides food nutrition and education to individuals and families, to alleviate some food costs and provide a means for families to make meals, in the home.

Summer LIHEAP opens Monday, July 25, 2022. The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LI-HEAP) is designed to assist low-income individuals with their utility bills that are past due or higher as a result of rate increases and the use of air conditioners.
