Pathways 2 Learning: Early Childhood Education

Where Your Child's Love for Learning Begins

Our Mission:

At Pathways 2 Learning, we empower children and families to reach their full potential through quality early education, fostering a lifelong love learning and ambition to succeed. We strive to bridge the learning divide and ensure an equitable start for every child.

Our Vision:

We are dedicated to a whole child, whole family approach, providing comprehensive services that support the growth and development of children while also meeting the needs of their families. By addressing the educational, health, and well-being aspects of each child and family, we create a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Early Learning:

Children's readiness for school and beyond is fostered through individualized learning experiences. Through relationships with adults, play, and both planned and spontaneous instruction, children grow in many aspects of development. They progress in social skills, emotional well-being, language and literacy, and concept development.

Health:

Each child's perceptual, motor, and physical development is supported to permit them to fully explore and function in their environment. All children receive health and development screenings, nutritious meals, and oral and mental health support. We connect families with medical, dental, and mental health services to ensure children receive the care they need.

Family Well-Being:

Parents and families are supported in achieving their own goals, such as housing stability, continued education, and financial security. We strengthen parent-child relationships and engage families around children’s learning and development.

Family Care Pack Program:

Our Family Care Pack, provided by the ARVAC Food Bank, provides children individual snacks for home and easy, kid-friendly meals. Each delivery contains 10-12 items, such as canned meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, pastas, sauces, beans, and shelf-stable milk. These items supplement home meals, helping parents provide healthy, balanced nutrition for their children. Check with your center for pick-up dates and times.

Financial Assistance

The State of Arkansas offers financial assistance to help families with the cost of high-quality child care and early childhood education for children from birth to age 12. P2L participates in the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) program, which supports eligible families by providing subsidies to reduce out-of-pocket expenses for child care.

To determine if you qualify for financial assistance through the CCDF program, please visit the Arkansas Department of Education Early Childhood Office for more information and to access the application process.

If you have any questions about our childcare rates or need assistance with the application process for financial aid, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help you navigate your child’s early education journey with ease.
