An ARVAC employee or representative will never contact prospective applicants, customers, or program participants via text message to receive personal protective identifiable information (such as Driver’s License, social security information or education credentials).

It is our goal to ensure the safety of our customers and staff; however, in today’s world, scam artists swindle consumers to make a quick profit. ARVAC reports all scams to the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office.
